Monica Giovacchini - Broker
Sometimes,
the difference between success and failure in a real estate transaction
is a fine line. Buyers and sellers alike need a professional who understands
the fine line to guide them through the process successfully. Monica Giovacchini,
the broker at Okanogan Valley Realty, has the knowledge, experience, and
trustworthiness to know how to work the line, combined with the heart,
integrity, and motivation to know where to draw the line.
After spending many childhood summers visiting family in Okanogan County, Monica and her husband made a choice in 1993 to relocate to the area for a better environment for their family to live and grow. She grew up, attended high school, and graduated from college in Northern California, but always remembered the feeling of community she experienced when visiting Okanogan County. When the opportunity arose for her to move, she and her family took the chance to become part of this community, and make a commitment to give back to the area she had grown up loving.
Monica has spent the past seven years working as an agent and broker, and has experience in all aspects of real estate, including residential, commercial, recreational, and agricultural properties. She also in active in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and as the owner and teacher of "Tumbling Time," an after-school gymnastics program for area children. Monica knows the importance of making a real estate transaction a positive experience for both buyers and sellers. With her understanding of the many difficult processes involved in a transaction, combined with her commitment to the community and Valley, Monica is the professional you can count on to make it happen.
Kory Heindselman - Sales Associate
Integrity and Trust are qualities of utmost importance in any real estate
transaction. Kory Heindselman is committed to making Integrity and Trust the foundation of every transaction with which he is
involved.
Kory grew up in the Valley, attending and graduating from Okanogan School District. Throughout elementary, junior high, and high school, he raised animals on his family's ranch, participated in many school activities, sports, and the Okanogan County Fair, and developed a deep commitment to this Valley and the people who call it and make it home.
It was this commitment that brought Kory back to the Okanogan after graduating
from college and spending nearly ten years away. It was this commitment
that made him come home to raise his children among the same
mountains, valleys, businesses, and people that fostered his own love
for the area.
As a real estate agent with Okanogan Valley Realty, Kory brings this commitment to his clients. He knows the area, the businesses, the people, and the market. He is past President of Okanogan County Multiple, the local multiple for the Valley. He also serves on the Okanogan School District Board of Directors. This knowledge and community commitment makes the difference between a transaction that is full of stress and anxiety, and a transaction that buyers, sellers, and all parties involved are happy and fully satisfied with.
Kory welcomes you to come down to Okanogan Valley Realty to discuss buying property, selling property, the real estate market, or just shoot the breeze about the area, the weather, or who really won the Okanogan-Omak football game in 1985.
