Monica Giovacchini - Broker
Sometimes,
the difference between success and failure in a real estate transaction
is a fine line. Buyers and sellers alike need a professional who understands
the fine line to guide them through the process successfully. Monica Giovacchini,
the broker at Okanogan Valley Realty, has the knowledge, experience, and
trustworthiness to know how to work the line, combined with the heart,
integrity, and motivation to know where to draw the line.
After spending many childhood summers visiting family in Okanogan County, Monica and her husband made a choice in 1993 to relocate to the area for a better environment for their family to live and grow. She grew up, attended high school, and graduated from college in Northern California, but always remembered the feeling of community she experienced when visiting Okanogan County. When the opportunity arose for her to move, she and her family took the chance to become part of this community, and make a commitment to give back to the area she had grown up loving.
Monica has spent the past seven years working as an agent and broker, and has experience in all aspects of real estate, including residential, commercial, recreational, and agricultural properties. She also in active in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and as the owner and teacher of "Tumbling Time," an after-school gymnastics program for area children. Monica knows the importance of making a real estate transaction a positive experience for both buyers and sellers. With her understanding of the many difficult processes involved in a transaction, combined with her commitment to the community and Valley, Monica is the professional you can count on to make it happen.
